Em Viotto

Em loves to race her bike; she started in cycling 7 years ago and hasn’t looked back! It is hard to classify Em as either a pure climber or a pure sprinter – she is more of an opportunist. Her main strength is definitely her ability to hurt, she might not be a graceful climber but her ability to hurt will often get her over the hills with the top climbers in the peloton. When she’s not racing the road bike she loves hitting the single track on her MTB. She also loves experiencing life and non-cycling things as well. You might not say she’s a foodie; but she enjoys good food! She also loves a good adventure and want to see as much of the world as possible.

Belinda Chamberlain

Belinda arrived late into cycling with an established career in real estate and 4 busy children. She was immediately drawn to the challenges, the beauty and the genuine social connections. Grateful for the NRS opportunities offered during her time with Phoenix and The CBR women’s team, Belinda decided to expand her contribution to the sport in the establishment of CCS Cycling – specifically with a view to provide a pathway for developing Canberra cyclists to achieve their goals of racing at the highest level.
Belinda is a reliable team rider at her best on flat rolling terrains, driving the bunch and assisting her teammates whenever possible to keep them safe and in position. Her determination will keep her fighting to help the team until she has nothing left!

Ayla Rudgley

Ayla started cycling in 2016 and was previously a triathlete. Along with cycling Ayla is studying a Bachelor of Pharmacy and is currently in her 4th year. In 2017 Ayla went to the Netherlands for 7 months to race semi-professionally for an international team.
Ayla doesn’t have one particular strength but is a team player and will help her teammates wherever needed. Her experience from racing overseas is a key asset to the team as she can help move and keep teammates towards the front of the smaller Aussie bunches.
